Du kan när som helst själv radera ditt LiberLite-konto, via webbplatsen eller appen.

Så raderar du det

Logga in och öppna kontoinställningar.
Scrolla till ”Radera kontot” och tryck på ”Radera mitt konto”.
Skriv ditt användarnamn för att bekräfta.

What happens next

Your account is deleted 7 days after you confirm. Until then you can cancel from Account settings.
We then erase your name, username, email, phone number, password, two-step verification, API keys, notifications and the text of your support and SMS messages, and disconnect any WhatsApp numbers.
Order, payment and wallet records are kept without your personal details for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Any wallet balance left on the deletion date is forfeited, so use it first.

Cannot sign in?

Ask us to delete your account by emailing support@liberlite.com from the email address on the account, and tell us your username. We will confirm before deleting.
