Supprimer votre compte

Vous pouvez supprimer vous-même votre compte LiberLite à tout moment, depuis le site ou l’application.

Comment le supprimer

Connectez-vous et ouvrez les paramètres du compte.
Faites défiler jusqu’à « Supprimer le compte » et appuyez sur « Supprimer mon compte ».
Saisissez votre nom d’utilisateur pour confirmer.

What happens next

Your account is deleted 7 days after you confirm. Until then you can cancel from Account settings.
We then erase your name, username, email, phone number, password, two-step verification, API keys, notifications and the text of your support and SMS messages, and disconnect any WhatsApp numbers.
Order, payment and wallet records are kept without your personal details for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Any wallet balance left on the deletion date is forfeited, so use it first.

Cannot sign in?

Ask us to delete your account by emailing support@liberlite.com from the email address on the account, and tell us your username. We will confirm before deleting.
